G’day Perspectives helpers
This year’s Perspectives course(s) commencing on Tuesday 2 March will use the new Reader and new Study Guides. Warwick Coghlan has kindly offered drive down to Canberra and run a facilitator’s training session to familiarise us with the changes to the course. He will also provide new PowerPoints and DVDs. It will be an evening session from 7.00pm till 10.00pm at the Wade’s place. We’ve flagged two possible dates next week – either Monday 8 February or Wednesday 10 February.
If you have already volunteered to assist with this year’s courses, or are available to help at either at the upcoming course or at some time in the future, I encourage you to attend this training session.

I would encourage anyone who is wanting to serve our Lord...and that should be all of us...to do the Perspectives Course...
ReplyDeleteI spent 30 years serving with Wycliffe Bible Translators in Papua New Guinea. Two full knee replacements forced me to return to Australia where I took up the role of representative for Wycliffe Australia in Canberra. To help me in that role I decided to do Perspectives as I felt that I should know what it was all about so that I could give intelligent answers to people! However, I came away blessed myself...through Perspectives the Lord showed me that just because I had left Papua New Guinea that did not mean that I was no longer a missionary! It was a blessing that continues to have a real impact on my daily life and ministry!
You too will be blessed if you do Perspectives!
